M-106 is the large galaxy upper left, its a barred spiral galaxy located in constellation Canes Venatici and is located 22, 25 million lightyears away from Earth.
The smaller Galaxy mid right of the image is NGC-4217 a edge on spiral galaxy, it is located 60 million lightyears away.
